Building Trust with Content
Oralcare, a modern dental clinic, sought to bring in new clients through Google Ads and TikTok. Their existing website wasn’t equipped to handle a full sales funnel, so Gratie Digital stepped in to reimagine the experience—this time, led by content.
We focused on what we do best: creating performance-driven media that informs, engages, and converts. By restructuring their site with a video-based funnel, we brought new life to the user journey—ensuring every click was guided by clarity, emotion, and purpose.
Video-First Funnel Strategy
At the heart of this project was our video production approach. We scripted, shot, and edited a full suite of videos—ranging from educational explainers to dynamic social content. These videos powered every part of their online presence: their revamped website, paid Google Ads, and viral TikTok content.
Three short-form videos alone reached over 140,000 views, turning Oralcare into a standout voice in a crowded space. With storytelling designed to build trust and reduce friction, the video funnel became their strongest asset.
Structuring for Performance
Though early in our journey, we approached the design with intent—using brand-aligned visuals, clear hierarchy, and conversion-focused layout principles. The structure supported a smooth video experience across devices, enhancing engagement and reducing drop-offs.
Looking back, we now see the design as a foundational moment: one that proved powerful content, when paired with even simple tech, can outperform expectations.
A Collaboration That Delivered
While this project predates the full formation of Gratie Digital, the team behind it—now the core of Gratie—was already applying the same values we carry today: empathy, creativity, and measurable results.
Oralcare’s trust in our process allowed us to test, learn, and iterate fast. Together, we built a funnel that didn’t just showcase their services—it connected with people on a human level.
